Single sessions
Single-session payments may be rescheduled when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable, although exceptions may be considered for emergencies.
Packages and monthly plans
Unused sessions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no session or included coaching support has been used. Once a package begins, completed sessions and support already provided are deducted at the applicable single-session value before any eligible balance is calculated.
Expiration
Monthly plan sessions should be used within the applicable billing month. Eight-week program sessions should be completed within 10 weeks unless an extension is approved in writing.
How to request a refund
Email info@followthroughheal.com with your name, service, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
